You may remember a post I had written asking for your prayers on behalf of our friend, Kathy. If you have forgotten, please click here. My mom just called informing me that Kathy passed away approximately one hour ago. I am without words at this moment.
Please pray for Amy, Kathy's only daughter, as she mourns the passing of her mom and friend. Amy has no brothers or sisters and her dad passed away about 3 years ago. Please pray that God would comfort her during this time of loss and give her peace in knowing that she is in heaven with Jesus.
Please pray for Kathy's sister as she mourns.
Please pray for my mom. Kathy was one of my mom's best friends. Thankfully, my mom was able to visit with Kathy on a recent trip to San Antonio 2 months ago.
I am sure I have left someone out, so please pray for all those who are mourning the all too early passing of Kathy. I can still remember her laugh . . . now she is laughing with Jesus.

I'll pray for everyone's peace. I know this is bittersweet. Your friend is in the presence of the Lord, yet those she left behind are hurting. Love you guys!
