Need Help

I am trying desperately to update my blog. I even made a "Test Blog" so that I could test my changes before going live with them (so to speak). Here is my test blog . Notice the cute picture of my girls as the header; I LOVE it! However, when I try to do it on this blog, the picture will not show up. I did everything the same, however the picture won't show. Does anybody out there know what I am doing wrong? Seriously, I am feeling a little stressed. Technology frustrates me.
