One Dalmation Under God

Yesterday Madeleine came home with a certificate that says


"Congratulations to Madeleine who can say the 'Pledge of Allegiance'."


When I saw it I asked Madeleine to recite the pledge to me.


She very proudly put her right hand over her heart and said the Pledge of Allegiance. I wish I had recorded it. She got most of the words right, but fumbled up a few. My favorite part was when she said, "one dalmation under God . . ." instead of one nation under God. :)
