Who Would Have Thought

I have been surprised by how many people are surprised by Audrey's age. Just this evening, for example, at an open house at Madeleine's school a woman asked Audrey if she was going to kindergarten. I was thinking to myself "lady are you crazy??" However, I politely said she is 2 1/2 and the woman looked shocked and said "I can't believe it! I thought she was older than that because she is so tall!" Who would have thought that a once 2 pound baby born to a mother who is 5'2" would be considered tall???
