The Pillars at Pioneers Park.
This is Madeleine swinging at her 1st grade picnic. Did you notice the line of kids behind her? There were only 2 swings (& 60 kids at the park) so the children took turns. Each kid got to swing back and forth 15 times and the kids who were waiting counted out loud. It was pretty amusing.

Madeleine is meticulously painting a flower pot to give to her teacher as an end of the year thank you present.
Audrey wanted to paint as well. Her artwork is more abstract.

These are some of the windmills we saw upon entering Iowa on our way to MN. They were the most scenic thing Iowa had to offer (from the interstate, that is).

Peering at Audrey through a fish tank in the Aquarium at The Mall of America. This is a sneak peak of the many pictures we took on our brief trip to MN. I will dedicate an entire post to them soon!
