Ever since we told Madeleine that we are going to visit our friends in MN, she has been practicing sleeping in a sleeping bag.

We have been dog-sitting Daisy this week while my parents are in Texas for my cousin's wedding. She thinks she's human.

After church this morning we ran into Petco for what was supposed to be a quick trip to purchase cat food. We were there a lot longer because Madeleine befriended these kittens. I practically had to drag her out of the store, all the while listening to her tell me what an injustice it is that these kittens are homeless and living in a cage. If we did not already have 2 cats we probably would have left with one of them.
