It is on days like today that I wish I still lived in San Antonio. I have lived in NE for 14.5 years and my body is still not acclimated. However, how does anyone get acclimated when one day it is a beautiful 47 degrees and the next it is -1 with a windchill of -19! Yes, there are negative signs in front of those numbers! Once again the girls and I will be spending the day inside while anxiously awaiting the arrival of Spring.
Until Spring has arrived I will just surround myself with pictures of Spring like the ones above. :)

Sweetie, I think you are acclimated because if you still lived in San Antonio you would think 47 was COLD! Did you know that they did not have school in Omaha today because it was too cold? What wimps! The most we got was that they canceled our 4th period fire drill. Big deal.
you should come to california where it is a balmy 60 degrees outside. i'm wearing flip flops :)
