March For Babies

Today, my mom, dad, & I marched for babies. Although it is normally a big family affair, this year it was just my parents and I. It wasn't quite the same without Audrey, the reason behind my passion for The March of Dimes. However, she was at home resting because she had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic she was taking for Strep Throat. Although she's in good spirits, she is covered in hives and we didn't want to irritate them by having her out in the heat.

Here are my dad and I posing for a quick picture after walking our first lap. It was so nice outside that we walked it twice ( I also wanted to walk off the hot dog I had for lunch). I would also like to mention that this is probably one of the least flattering pictures I have ever taken (aside from my driver's license photo), but I wanted to show all of you who sponsored me that I did it.
A view from the trail.

It was quite the busy day! I'm glad I got to walk for Audrey. I hope her hives start to go away soon. They are no fun. BTW thank you for posting all the b-day pics. I enjoyed looking at them and have actually looked through them several times.

Hi Katie. I enjoyed the walk and the pictures. We'll have to go for a walk again soon; we don't need an occasion.
