Madeleine's Haircut

Well, to be exact, Madeleine, Audrey, & I all got haircuts but Madeleine's was the most drastic. For some reason, I made all of our appointments at the same time; what was I thinking?! Each of the girls did a good job of sitting still when it was their turn to get their haircut, but when my turn arrived it was a different story. I brought a bag full of coloring books, crayons, stuffed animals, & a magna doodle but that did not prove to be as interesting as the hair on the floor (Audrey picked up a handful and threw it) or the basketful of lollipops that were displayed with the hairstyle magazines. At one point Audrey knocked down a display of hair product and Madeleine was close behind yelling, "Audrey! No ma'am!" I had to jump up, my hair wet and half cut, to grab her and firmly tell her to sit still and color for just a little while longer. Thankfully I have a very patient and kind hairstylist. :)

Madeleine is wearing make up in these pictures because she received some for Christmas (Barbie makeup to be exact). She loves to play dress up and wear makeup (at home only).
