and my backyard patio is covered in sidewalk chalk.
Madeleine is drawing a leprechaun at the end of a rainbow Leprechauns have turned into her drawing speciality..
Her friend, Abby, is drawing the rainbow.
Together they drew a rainbow and a unicorn. I love it!
I believe Audrey was drawing a rainbow.
Proudly posing in front of the unicorn she drew.
More evidence that spring has sprung; balls flying around in the backyard.
And of course there have been many trips to the park. Steven took the girls to the park one evening this week while I went to Jazzercise. He took the following pictures. Have I mentioned lately that I think he is a brilliant photographer?!
The following pictures don't really have anything to do with Spring other than Audrey has a new perspective on life and Spring is all about new life.
In case you missed it when I posted it on Facebook, Audrey got glasses.
She loves to look at herself in the mirror and when she does she says, "I am so adorable"! She also took a good look at her hand after first putting her glasses on and said, "I can see my hand! It's not blurry"! She can see the world in a whole new way now!
Yesterday I had a conversation with another mom while the girls were at dance. I shared with her my concerns about Audrey keeping her glasses in tact. She replied, "At least she's not a boy. I think they are harder on their glasses". She doesn't know my Audrey . . .
She's a monkey . . . and I am concerned for her glasses.
