I'm a Big Kid Now!

Audrey has graduated from a 5 point harness carseat to a booster seat. As you can see from the smile on her face, she is so proud of herself. She loves the new found freedom being in a seat belt provides her with. On our way to dance this morning she discovered that she can lean forward and touch the seat in front of her. I promptly corrected her and said that was not okay. Just as I was when Madeleine moved up, I am very uneasy looking in the rear-view mirror to see "my baby" in only a shoulder belt. Never mind the fact that she has grown too tall for her car seat; I would keep her in the carseat forever if I could. As if that would keep her a baby forever.
