Today I am remembering the whirlwind birth of Audrey 4 years ago. Staying true to her theatrical personality, she decided to make her grand entrance 3 months early. As tiny as she was (2 lbs, 7 oz to be exact) and in spite of having dangerously underdeveloped lungs, I could still hear her tiny cries immediately after delivery. Just as she amazed the nurses and doctors 4 years ago she continues to amaze us to this day. Today she is the perfect picture of health. She is a vibrant little girl that keeps us on our toes. We never know what she is going to say or do next, but one thing is for sure and that is how much we love her. Her smile and vibrant personality bring the utmost joy to our lives and we are so thankful for the miracle that is her life.
