Steven turns 31 today! 
The girls helped him blow the candles out on his birthday cake.

In other news, the girls had their sleepover at Grammy and Papa's last night. I don't think my mom will be offering to have another one anytime soon. :) Madeleine did wonderful. In fact on our way home this morning when asked what her favorite part was she said,
"The best part of the night was we got to watch a lotta TV. They wanted us to go to sleep but we did not". Madeleine also said, "I had so much fun that I didn't miss my family".
Madeleine eventually fell fast asleep, but Audrey didn't. My mom said that anytime she did fall asleep, she was very restless and would wake up asking for me. This would wake up Madeleine, but she was a very good big sister and offered her special blanket to Audrey and did her best to comfort her. My mom, Aunt Natalie, Madeleine, Audrey, and Daisy eventually moved to the living room where they fell asleep on an air mattress while watching Noggin. So, in short no one got much sleep last night. They woke up bright and early this morning and had a BIG breakfast consisting of pancakes. When we got home Audrey laid down and took a 2.5 hour nap and here's hoping my mom did the same. :)

Actually the "whole lotta TV" came very late when we were all so sleepy we were hoping the TV would put them to sleep. But they were too excited about it since they don't get to do that at home.
Awww... three cheers for Grammy! Grandparents are the best.
In October, Darin had to go to New York City and I joined him. Lucy stayed with Darin's parents and based on the pictures everyone had a blast! I missed her like crazy, but it was worth it to have time with my hubby!
