Uninspired

I have not felt inspired to write anything lately, and nothing worth mentioning has happened in my life lately, so I will just share some pictures from our week.

We experienced some very cool, fall-like weather this week which means we had to bring out the jeans and jackets.I also had all of my windows open for the majority of the week. On more than one occasion I found Audrey standing on a stool in front of our kitchen window because as she said, "I am feeling the wind". At one point she wanted to get even closer to the wind and I found her sitting on the counter. I sternly told her to get down because she could get hurt after I took her picture.

Steven got some free, discarded bushes from work that the girls helped him plant. Madeleine made a hat to wear with this dress. I think she was pretending to be Pocahontas.
On Thursday it rained (torrential down pour, actually) all day so I gave in and let Audrey have a TV day.

Today we ended the week with dance. The point of this picture is to showcase Audrey's piggy tails. Her hair is getting long enough to wear them.

In ActionI was so proud of Madeleine this morning that I actually jumped from my chair and started clapping (yes, I am one of those moms). She succeeded at a couple of moves that have been difficult for her in the past.

So the title of my post is uninspired, but by the end I guess I was inspired by my girls to write this post. I was feeling inspired after all.
