Audrey's Kindergarten Bound

On Friday evening Audrey graduated from preschool.  This was her last year of preschool, officially making her a kindergartner. 

I am not sure when it happened, but sometime in the last 5 years she grew up.  Sometimes I still think of Audrey as my little fluffy 2-year-old, but alas she is not.

And, to add insult to injury, this morning we discovered that she has two loose teeth.  My little girl is growing up.  Here she is shortly after taking her place up front with the other graduating Temple Tots.

She had a speaking part this year.  "In God whose word I praise".

After awing the crowd with adorable songs, it was time to accept her long awaited diploma.

So proud!  She has big things awaiting her in kindergarten.

She made some great friends this year that we hope to keep in touch with.

This is Audrey with her preschool teacher, Mrs. C.  Her future kindergarten teacher has some big shoes to fill. 

I am so proud of you Audrey!!  Although I am going to miss spending my days with you, I guess I can share.  I can't wait for your new teacher and classmates to get to know what I already do.  That you are the sweetest and funniest 5 year old around and that being in your presence is something very special.
