School was cancelled today (it was actually called off before the snow began to fly) and Steven's office closed early. To be honest, I am surprised by both seeing how we only got 4 inches of snow( when I was in high school we never had snow days). Oh well, it made for a fun afternoon.

I made two batches of cookies and even had time to make supper. Hurray for snow days! Guess what? Henry doesn't like the snow. ;o)
It looks more like 5 or 6 inches at our house.
we had an 'ice day' about three weeks ago. I got to stay home in the morning for an extra two hours. It was fabulous. I should probably add that it was only about 29 degrees outside. Don't you love Texas?
sam- did you throw henry in the snow? I think I need to come rescue him and make him Roxie's brother :)
Why yes I did! I thought a little snow might help his California attitude.
